Love City Candles items are shipped through USPS Priority Mail . All orders are shipped in standard shipping boxes. Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout.

Once your items have shipped you will receive an email with the tracking information.

Shipments are insured. If you do not receive your order, contact us immediately at sales@lovecitycandles.com and we will file a claim with the carrier on your behalf and replace your item.

Customers are responsible for fees attached to reshipping an order when an incorrect or incomplete address has been provided.
