Where do you ship?

We ship to the US and Outlying Islands.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Currently not at this moment.

Do you offer free shipping?

Free shipping is offered on orders over $150.

Do you offer rush shipping option?

Rush shipping is offered at an additional cost.

How long will it take to get my order?

From time order is placed to ship it will take between 5-7 business days.

What if my tracking info doesn't show any update?

Reach out to us via email or give us a call at 562-539-6175.

What if my order was damaged in transit?

If your order was damaged in transit, please reach out to us via email (lovecitycandles@gmail.com) send us a picture of your product and we will replace it.

My order is being marked as delivered, but I’m not finding it. Reach out to use and we will investigate the situation.

Can I change/cancel my order?

We work with a logistics partner to fulfill your online orders, which means that we will try our best to cancel or make changes to your order, however, we can’t guarantee it especially if the order has already been processed or shipped out. If you need to update your information or cancel your order, please reach out within 24 hours or less after placing your order, and make sure to include your order number followed by the request in the subject line, for example:
LCC8520 – Cancel Order LCC9632 – Address Change

Please note we’re unable to combine separate orders or make product adjustments/swaps once an order has been placed. We also encourage customers to double-check that your shipping address is correct before checking out; Love City Candles Co. is not liable for missing/lost/stolen packages due to incorrectly entered shipping information and we’re unable to request address changes with the carrier once the package has been processed.

Can I send my order as a gift?

Love City Candles Co. products make perfect gifts for any occasion. Invoices are not included in orders, so gift recipients will not see the price of the order. As much as we love to include gift notes with online orders, we are currently unable to do so through our main website, but we’re working to change that soon.

Can I pick up my order From a Love City Candle Co. store?

Love City Candles Co. is an ecommerce business.
